Many of our products are made to order. Production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Because of this production process, order changes, address changes, size changes, and cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, size charts, shipping information, billing information, and delivery addresses before submitting an order.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with order issues, but we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has entered production.

Sizing, Fit, and Product Variations

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size charts, fit notes, fabric details, and product images before placing an order.

Because our products may be made to order and because sizing can vary by style, fabric, and individual preference, we do not guarantee that a particular size will fit every customer in the same way.

Product colors, prints, placement, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, manufacturing processes, and print placement.

Third-Party Platforms, Facebook, and Instagram Shops

Our products may be displayed, promoted, or made available through third-party platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Meta Shops, Meta advertising tools, and other sales or marketing channels.

Anuri Activewear is not responsible for the operation, availability, functionality, errors, or policies of any third-party platform.

Payments and Billing

• The incorrect size was ordered by the purchaser.
• The decision is based on buyer’s remorse.
• The return is based on subjective preference ("I do not like the item").
• The return was initiated without prior authorization.
• The items are hygiene-related apparel, such as face masks.

Order cancellations are only permissible before the product manufacturing process has commenced. Once production is underway, cancellation may not be feasible.
