Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms form an agreement between you and Anuri Activewear, referred to as “Anuri,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”

By accessing or using the website, creating an account, submitting an order, joining a program, or using another service that refers to these Terms, you agree to comply with them.

When a checkout page, registration form, or other feature asks you to affirmatively accept these Terms, selecting the applicable checkbox or button confirms your agreement.

Eligibility and Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the website where doing so would violate applicable law or where access is prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the website for fraud, deception, unlawful activity, or malicious conduct.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, administrative areas, or networks.
• Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or disruptive technology.
• Interfere with security, checkout, inventory, pricing, website performance, or another customer’s use.
• Use bots or automated systems to place abusive orders, scrape protected content, or circumvent purchase limits.
• Misrepresent your identity, payment authority, address, eligibility, or relationship with another person.
• Use website content or customer information for unauthorized commercial activity.

Customer Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent caused by Anuri’s failure to use legally required safeguards.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account or payment information has been used without authorization.

Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, measurements, colors, materials, prices, availability, and images.

Product offerings may be changed or discontinued. We may correct typographical, technical, pricing, or descriptive errors when identified.

Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and the applicable product can be produced or fulfilled.

Order Acknowledgment and Acceptance

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not necessarily confirm final acceptance of every item.

Before final acceptance, we may decline or cancel an order because of an unavailable product, payment problem, material pricing error, fraud concern, shipping restriction, purchase-limit violation, or legal requirement.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Made-to-Order Production

Many Anuri products are made specifically after an order is placed. Production may begin shortly after checkout.

Once production begins, we may be unable to change or cancel the product, size, color, quantity, design, shipping address, or other order details.

Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but a change or cancellation is not guaranteed.

Sizing, Fit, Color and Print Placement

Review the applicable size chart, measurements, fit notes, fabric information, product description, and images before ordering.

Fit can vary by product, material, construction, body shape, and personal preference. A size label does not guarantee the same fit across every style.

Colors, artwork placement, scale, texture, and appearance may vary slightly because of screens, lighting, garment construction, printing processes, and production tolerances.

Payments and Billing Authorization

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change over time.

By submitting an order, you represent that:

• The billing and payment information is accurate.
• You are authorized to use the payment method.
• You authorize the displayed order amount and applicable charges.
• You will not knowingly submit an unauthorized or fraudulent transaction.

Payment information is processed by payment providers such as Stripe. Anuri does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers on its own systems.

Prices, Taxes and Import Charges

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or at checkout and may change before an order is placed.

Applicable sales tax, shipping, duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges may be added as displayed or required.

International customers may be responsible for charges imposed by their country or carrier unless checkout expressly states that those charges are included.

Pricing and Listing Errors

If a product is listed with a material pricing, availability, or descriptive error, we may correct the information and contact you before accepting or fulfilling the affected order.

If the order cannot be fulfilled on the corrected terms, we may cancel the affected item and refund amounts already paid for it.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, coupon codes, bundles, free-shipping offers, rewards, and limited-time offers are subject to the terms displayed with the offer.

Offers may be limited by customer, product, collection, date, location, quantity, order value, or redemption frequency.

Promotions are not applied retroactively unless expressly stated and may be non-combinable when disclosed.

Shipping Estimates

Production and transit estimates depend on the product, destination, fulfillment facility, shipping service, and carrier.

Delays may result from production volume, carrier disruption, weather, holidays, customs, address problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship within the period promised at checkout or otherwise communicated, we will provide a delay notice, revised estimate, and cancellation or refund options as required by applicable law.

Shipping Addresses and Delivery

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate recipient name, street address, unit number, city, region, postal code, email address, and telephone number.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after submission. Customer address errors may cause delay, return, reshipment charges, or loss of the package.

Delivery scans, loss claims, unclaimed shipments, and reshipment rules are governed by the Shipping and Return policies.

Returns and Product Problems

Because products are made to order, Anuri does not generally accept preference-based returns or exchanges for an incorrect size or color selection, fit preference, style preference, or change of mind.

Qualifying damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or lost-in-transit orders may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or another remedy after review.

Claim deadlines, required photographs, return authorization, hygiene restrictions, and refund timing are explained in the Return and Exchange Policy.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations may be possible only before production begins.

Once an order enters production, we may be unable to stop, edit, redirect, or cancel it.

Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, refund, replacement, warranty, or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

Permitted Content

You may be able to submit reviews, comments, photographs, videos, questions, or other content.

Submitted content must not:

• Be unlawful, threatening, harassing, or abusive
• Contain private or confidential information
• Infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
• Contain malware, spam, or harmful code
• Misrepresent your identity or product experience
• Contain clearly false or misleading factual claims
• Be unrelated to the relevant product or service

Honest Reviews

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from providing an honest review, opinion, photograph, or assessment of an Anuri product, service, customer-service experience, or business practice.

We do not impose a fee or penalty merely because a review is negative.

We may moderate content that violates these Terms, applicable law, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or reasonable content standards.

Business Service Providers

We use providers for ecommerce hosting, payments, security, fraud prevention, production, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, marketing, messaging, catalog management, and customer support.

Their services may be subject to separate terms, privacy notices, availability limits, and technical requirements.

Social and Shopping Platforms

Anuri products may be displayed or promoted through Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other advertising, shopping, or social-media platforms.

Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.

Unless checkout expressly indicates otherwise, orders are completed through the Anuri website and are governed by these Terms and our store policies.

Transactional Communications

We may send non-promotional communications related to your order, account, payment, shipping, security, customer-care request, rewards balance, policy change, or another ongoing transaction or service.

Opting out of promotional marketing does not prevent necessary transactional or service-related messages.

Email Marketing

We may send promotional email where permitted by law and according to the preferences associated with your email address.

You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us. We will process a valid promotional email opt-out within 10 business days.

You will not be charged a fee or required to provide information beyond what is reasonably necessary to process the request.

Website Availability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its digital features are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, error-free, compatible with every device, or available in every location.

We may maintain, update, modify, or temporarily suspend website features when reasonably necessary.

Product and Consumer Rights

Website disclaimers do not eliminate obligations expressly stated in a product description, order confirmation, warranty, return policy, or applicable consumer law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits legal rights or remedies that cannot be waived, including applicable rights involving defective, unsafe, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe an order, payment, refund, or delivery is incorrect, contact contact@anuriactivewear.com so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.

Contacting Anuri first does not limit your right to contact your bank, card issuer, payment provider, regulator, or another authority.

We may restrict future transactions where we reasonably determine that payment information was unauthorized, fraudulent, or repeatedly used in bad faith.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires another rule.

This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the laws of the consumer’s place of residence.

Severability and No Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

Anuri may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with policies and offer terms incorporated by reference, form the agreement governing the applicable website use, order, program, or service.

Product-specific details and promotion-specific terms may supplement these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, operations, technology, programs, or legal requirements.

The date at the top identifies the most recent revision. When appropriate, we may provide additional notice of material changes.

Updated Terms generally apply prospectively. Terms in effect when an order was placed will continue to govern that transaction unless applicable law or an agreed change requires otherwise.
