At Anuri Activewear, each product is made to order and fulfilled by our production partner. We are committed to delivering high-quality activewear with a shopping experience that is simple, transparent, and reliable.

Below you’ll find important information about how we process, ship, and deliver orders.

Order Processing and Production Time

All Anuri Activewear products are made to order. Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within:

  • 2–5 business days

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Processing time refers to the time needed to produce, prepare, and hand your order to the shipping carrier. Shipping time begins after your order has been shipped.

Total estimated delivery time is: Production / processing time + carrier transit time

During peak seasons, holidays, high order volume, supply delays, or other circumstances outside our control, processing times may be longer.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow available carrier updates.

Please allow up to: 24–48 hours

for tracking information to update after the carrier receives the package. Some shipments may show limited tracking depending on the destination, carrier, or shipping method.

U.S. Shipping

Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for eligible U.S. orders of:$125 or more

Free shipping applies to the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes, duties, or other fees.

Standard Shipping

For U.S. orders under $125, standard shipping is: $7.95

Estimated U.S. standard delivery time after processing: 3–7 business days after shipment

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier volume, location, weather, holidays, or other carrier-related delays.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated international delivery time after processing is typically: 7–21 business days after shipment

Actual delivery times may vary by country, customs processing, carrier availability, and local delivery conditions.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not controlled by Anuri Activewear and are non-refundable.

Certain destinations may have shipping limitations. If we cannot ship your order, we will notify you.

Split Shipments

Because our products are made to order, orders containing multiple items may ship separately at no additional cost.

If your order ships in multiple packages, each shipment may have its own tracking number when available.

Receiving one item before another does not necessarily mean the rest of your order is missing. Please check your tracking email for additional shipment details.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee address changes.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:

  • The package may be delayed, returned, or undeliverable
  • The customer may be responsible for reshipment costs
  • The order may not be eligible for replacement or refund

If a package is returned to our fulfillment partner because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may be able to reship it after you provide an updated address and pay the applicable reshipment fee.

If the package is not returned to our fulfillment partner, we cannot guarantee a replacement, refund, or reshipment.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Lost Packages

If your tracking has not updated or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at: contact@anuriactivewear.com

Lost-in-transit claims must be submitted within: 30 days after the estimated delivery date

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Shipping address
  • Tracking number, if available
  • A brief explanation of the issue

If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will review the claim and provide next steps, which may include a replacement or refund when approved.

Packages Marked Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please take the following steps:

  • Wait 48 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered before final delivery
  • Check around your mailbox, porch, building, mailroom, front desk, or package locker
  • Check with neighbors, household members, or building management
  • Contact your local postal carrier or delivery provider
  • Email us at contact@anuriactivewear.com

We will help review the issue and provide available next steps. However, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages marked delivered by the carrier, packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or packages lost due to theft after delivery.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of:

  • Production volume
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Local delivery disruptions
  • Events outside our control

If we are unable to ship within the timeframe stated at checkout or in this policy, we will notify you and provide options as required by applicable law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

Order changes, address changes, size changes, color changes, or cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to cancel, edit, or stop the order.
