At Anuri Activewear, each product is made to order and fulfilled by our production partner. Because items are created specifically for each order, we do not offer traditional size, color, or preference-based returns or exchanges.
We stand behind the quality of every item. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or is lost in transit, we will review the issue and, when approved, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with this policy.
Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost when the claim is approved.
You must notify us within:
- 30 days of receiving the item

- Your name
- Order number
- Item involved
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect, damage, misprint, or incorrect item
Claims validated as a production error, fulfillment error, or product defect will be replaced at our expense.
We may request additional photos or information before approving a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, you must notify us within:
- 30 days after the estimated delivery date

- Tracking number, if available
- A brief explanation of the issue
If the package is confirmed as lost in transit, we will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund when approved.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact us and the shipping carrier as soon as possible. We will review the situation, but we cannot guarantee a free replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Wrong Address Entered by Customer
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or insufficient address was entered:
- The shipment may be returned to our fulfillment partner’s facility
- The customer is responsible for reshipment costs
- No refund will be issued for customer address errors
If the package is returned to our fulfillment partner, we may be able to reship it after you provide an updated address and pay the applicable reshipment fee.
If the package is not returned to our fulfillment partner, we cannot guarantee a replacement, refund, or reshipment.
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
Unclaimed Shipments
Packages that go unclaimed by the customer may be returned to our fulfillment partner.
For unclaimed shipments.
- A reshipment fee will apply
- Refunds are not provided for unclaimed shipments
- Unclaimed returned items may be donated, recycled, or otherwise disposed of after 30 days

Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges
Except where required by law, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering the wrong color
- Preference-based reasons
- Not liking the fit, color, style, or feel of the product
- Failure to review the size chart before ordering
Because every item is made to order, if you need a different size, color, or style, you will need to place a new order.
We strongly recommend checking the size chart, product description, fit notes, and product images carefully before placing your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Except where required by law, the following items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged:
- Face masks
- Underwear
- Swimsuits
- Opened sealed goods
- Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged items
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items returned to the wrong address
For hygiene and safety reasons, these items may be disposed of upon return and are not eligible for reshipment or refund.
International Customers
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not controlled by Anuri Activewear and are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for understanding and paying any applicable import charges.
Where required by local law, customers may have additional rights that are not limited by this policy.
Customers in Brazil may exercise their local right of withdrawal within 7 days of receiving an order, provided the item is unused and photos are submitted for review.
Return Address
Do not send any item back without contacting us first.
All approved returns are routed to our fulfillment partner’s designated return facility. If you send a return to any other address, we cannot guarantee:
- Processing
- Refund
- Replacement
- Reshipment
- Tracking
Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or reshipment.

Refunds and Replacements
Once a replacement claim is approved, we will submit the replacement for production. Production and shipping times may vary depending on the product, destination, and carrier.
Once a refund is approved, we typically process it within:
- 3–5 business days
Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take an additional:
- 5–10 business days
to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and reshipment fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or unless the issue was caused by an approved production or fulfillment error.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed.
Order changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to cancel, edit, or stop the order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the following before submitting an order:
- Product style
- Size
- Color
- Quantity
- Shipping address
- Billing information
- Email address
- Phone number

Shipping Delays
Estimated production and delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production volume, carrier issues, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
If we are unable to ship within the timeframe stated at checkout or in our shipping policy, we will notify you and provide options as required by applicable law.
