At Anuri Activewear, we’re committed to delivering performance-ready gear with a shopping experience that’s simple, transparent, and stress-free. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, deliver, and handle returns.

Shipping Information

All orders are made-to-order and typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Free Standard Shipping

  • Orders $85+ (U.S. only)

Standard Shipping

  • $5.99 for orders under $85

  • Delivery estimate: 3–7 business days after processing

International Shipping

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–21 business days).

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Certain destinations may have shipping limitations. If we cannot ship your order, we will notify you.

Split Shipments

Because we produce items on demand, orders containing multiple items may ship separately at no extra cost. Each item will have its own tracking number when applicable.

Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee address changes. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer input are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  1. Wait 48 hours

  2. Check with neighbors or building management

  3. Contact your local postal carrier

  4. Email us at contact@anuriactivewear.com

We will assist, but we are not responsible for carrier errors or stolen packages.
