Return and Exchange

At Anuri Activewear, each product is made to order and fulfilled by our production partner. We stand behind the quality of every item, and we make returns simple while following industry-standard print-on-demand guidelines.

Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your product arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will replace it at no cost.

You must notify us within:

  • 30 days of receiving the item

  • Or 30 days after the estimated delivery date if the package is lost in transit

To start a claim, email:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the defect

Claims validated as a production error are replaced at our expense.

Wrong Address (Customer Error)

If an incorrect or insufficient address was entered at checkout:

  • The shipment may be returned to Printful’s facility

  • You (the customer) will be responsible for reshipment costs

  • No refunds will be issued for address errors

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

Unclaimed Shipments

Packages that go unclaimed by the customer are returned. 

  • A reshipment fee will apply

  • Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days

  • Refunds are not provided for unclaimed shipments

Buyer’s Remorse & Size Exchanges

Because all products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Preference-based returns (“didn’t like the color,” etc.)

If you need a different size or color, you will need to place a new order.

Tip:

We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Face masks

  • Underwear

  • Swimsuits

  • Sealed goods that have been opened

  • Any product used, worn, or washed

These items are disposed of upon return and are not eligible for reshipment or refund.

International Customers

International customers may incur customs duties or taxes — these are non-refundable and must be paid by the customer.

Customers in Brazil may exercise their local right to withdrawal within 7 days of receiving an order, provided the item is unused, with photos submitted for review.

Return Address

All returns are routed to Printful’s facility by default. If you send a return to any other address, we cannot guarantee:

  • Processing

  • Refund

  • Reshipment

  • Tracking

Refund Timeline

Once your return or replacement claim is approved:

  • Transit time: 5–10 business days

  • Processing time: 3–5 business days

  • Bank posting time: 5–10 business days

Most refunds are completed sooner
